Independent Contractor Driver (1099) Requirements:
Our customer contracts and insurance requirements dictate that independent contract drivers posses the necessary insurance, training, and background in order to support their delivery and logistic needs.
- 21 Years of age or older
- Professional Demeanor
- English Fluency
- 2014 or newer fuel-efficient vehicle
- Personal Auto Policy $100,000 per person $300,000 per incident bodily injury and $50,000 property damage
- Clean Background check (MVR, Criminal, Drug Screening) $76.00+
- HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen Certification
- Occupational Accident or Workers Compensation Insurance (will accept Occupational Accident plans through ‘The Association of Delivery Drivers ranging from $46 to $78 per month)
